At Zara & Sara we value our customers and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original packaging, tags, and receipt/invoice must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale/discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.
Personal care, hygiene products, and customized items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7â10 business days through the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
For exchange requests, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
