Refund Policy

At Zara & Sara we value our customers and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original packaging, tags, and receipt/invoice must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Personal care, hygiene products, and customized items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

  • For exchange requests, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
